You must be signed in to your Gusto account to contact us from the Help section of your account—our support team is available by chat, phone, and email.

To sign in, you’ll need to know three things (in order):

  1. The email on your Gusto account—learn how to find it.
  2. Your account password—learn how to reset it, or set one up for the first time.
  3. The 2-step verification code we'll send—if you cannot get these, troubleshoot by your issue here.
