This article is for US employees who have been invited to sign a birthday card for a coworker.
What to know before you sign
Admins send the invitations and can find a list of employee birthdays by running an employee summary report.
At this time, we do not support inviting contractors to sign birthday cards.
Team members who do not want to share their birthday with coworkers can learn how to hide it in their profile.
To sign a birthday card:
Check your email for an invite from your employer.
If you did not get the email, confirm the email address listed in Gusto and check your spam folder.
Click Sign the card in the email.
Write your birthday message. You cannot edit it once it’s posted.
Others who can view the card will see your message and profile photo.
Click Post.
Your message will be added to the card and shared with your teammate on their birthday.
