If you're set up for a check payment method, you can change this to direct deposit from your Gusto account.
You'll be prompted to sign a Direct Deposit Authorization form. You can find this form for future reference in the Documents section of your account.
Once the account has been verified, you'll be paid via direct deposit on future payrolls that haven't already been processed.

Employees can add up to 5 bank accounts for direct deposit—follow the steps below to add accounts. At this time, we don't support multiple bank accounts for contractor payments.

At this time, Gusto doesn't support adding a mailing address in addition to a home address.

If your birthday listed in Gusto is incorrect, it needs to be updated by your employer, but you can still let us know if you want to show or hide your birthday from your coworkers.
Head to the Personal details section of your employee profile, and click the circle icon next to your name to upload a photo or import one from your LinkedIn.
After your employer submits payroll, we’ll electronically send any payments processed as direct deposit—on payday, you'll get an email from Gusto and your paystub will be available in your account. After the banks receive our electronic payment, they have until 5 pm local to make funds available to you in your bank account.
Your employer is responsible for sending or manually distributing the check to you—check your paystub in Gusto to determine how your employer processed the payment (via direct deposit or check).
If you don't see the money in your account on the pay date and believe there’s a delay with your payment, follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

If your employer is unable to help, they can contact us from the Help or Priority support section of their admin account—our team is able to provide more explicit details about in-flight payments or any errors to admins.
