How can we help?

Use your Gusto commuter benefits card

Commuter benefits help pay for qualified commuting expenses with pre-tax money.

If your commuter benefits are managed by Gusto, you will be issued a Gusto Benefits Card to pay for qualified transit and parking commuter expenses

Paying for commuter expenses with your Gusto Benefits Card

For qualified transit expenses, you must pay using your Gusto Benefits Card. The card will only be accepted at retailers that exclusively sell transit products. For example, the card will not be accepted at a kiosk that also sells parking passes. If your transaction is denied and you believe it was for a qualified expense, you can submit a claim to be reimbursed via your Gusto Benefits Card Manager.

For qualified parking expenses, you may use your Gusto Benefits Card to pay.
