How can we help?

Get a new workers' comp policy

We partner with AP Intego to deliver a fully integrated Workers' Compensation solution. If you have any questions as you are setting up your policy you can reach out to AP Intego directly at (866) 610-0063 or email us at gustosupport@apintego.com.

Step 1. Answer questions about your company

  1. Click the Stay Compliant tab.
  2. This will be available once your account is setup and approved to run payroll. If you would like a quote before then please reach out to AP Intego directly. 
  3. Under Workers' Compensation Insurance, click Start.
  4. Select “No - we need to purchase it.”
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Click Set Up with Gusto.
  7. Answer a few questions about your company, industry, and employee job details. If you've added additional pay rates for your hourly employees, you'll be able to select the applicable risk class code for each employee job category here.

We'll send this information to AP Intego to generate a quote. AP Intego may also reach out to you sooner if they have any questions on the details you submitted. Once AP Intego has finalized your quote in 1-2 business days, your policy details will be loaded into Gusto. You'll receive an email when this happens so that you can approve this policy.

Step 2. Approve your policy

  1. Click the Stay Compliant tab.
  2. Under Workers' Compensation Insurance, click Connect Policy.
  3. Review the policy and click Connect Policy.
  4. Select the job category for each employee.
  5. Click Save & Continue.

We'll send your forms to AP Intego. Once they’re done processing all the information, your policy will be active. You can go back to the Stay Compliant tab and view your policy details under Workers' Compensation Insurance at any time.
