Manage your Gusto profile (for non-US employees)

Once an admin has added you as a non-US employee in Gusto, before you can be paid, you’ll need to review and accept the employment agreement, and then complete your onboarding in Remote.

We recommend starting as soon as possible, so your start date does not get pushed back.

Reminder

On paydays, you’ll receive an email from Remote letting you know you'll be paid by the end of the day.

Use the dropdowns below to learn more, or use CMD + F (or CTRL + F) to search for keywords throughout the article.

Track your time worked in Remote

Employees based outside the US need to track time in Remote. Once submitted, the company will review and manage (approve or decline) the hours in Gusto.

If you have questions about time tracking, contact your company first.
