An admin from your company must give you access before you can set up, complete, and access your Gusto profile—reach out to your current, or previous employer, to confirm which email they added to your Gusto profile.

Troubleshoot signing in—start here

  1. Head to the sign-in page.
    • Important: An admin from your company must give you access before you can set up, complete, and access your Gusto profile—reach out to your current, or previous employer, to confirm which email they added to your Gusto profile.
  2. Click the Having trouble signing in? link.
  3. Let us know what the issue is:
    • I forgot my password.
      • Use this if you forgot your password, or never set one up.
    • I forgot my email address.
    • I cannot get my 2-step verification codes (ex. new phone number or device, text issues, etc)
    • I have a different login issue—use this if you cannot access your account at all.
  4. Follow the remaining prompts.
