View a teammate's onboarding checklist
After you’ve hired a new employee or contractor, you can view their onboarding checklist(s) by following the steps below.
Note: if you sent the employee an offer letter, their onboarding checklist will not appear until they have accepted your offer.
- Go to the Hiring section.
- Scroll to the teammate's name, and click the three dots in the Actions column.
- Click Open checklist.
- If teammates are self-onboarding, hover over 'Invitation sent' to check the status.
From here you can view and manage tasks. Some tasks (like filling out the I-9) can’t be deleted because they’re required by law. Overdue tasks will be labeled on the checklist.
