Access an employee’s onboarding checklist

After you’ve hired someone, you can view their onboarding checklist by following these steps: 

  1. Go to the Hiring section. 
  2. Scroll to the employee’s name, and click the three dots in the Actions column. 
  3. Click View checklist.

From here you can view and manage tasks. Some tasks (like filling out the I-9) can’t be deleted because they’re required by law. Overdue tasks will be labeled on the checklist.

Standard tasks included in the onboarding checklist: 

  • Background check status 
  • Add employee to payroll
  • Fill out employee’s I-9
  • [suggested] Add employee’s benefits
  • [suggested] Add employee’s work email 

Complete and Concierge customers can also add/customize onboarding checklist items.
