Admins with the right permissions can view tax payments and tax filings we handle in Gusto.

View tax payments (on the web)

To view recent tax payments we handle:

1. Sign in to Gusto.

2. Go to Taxes & Compliance.

3. Scroll to Taxes—handled by Gusto.

4. Under Payments, view the next scheduled payment and recent payments.

To view all tax payments we made on your behalf, run the Agency payments report.

View tax filings (on the web)

To view recent tax filings we handle:

1. Sign in to Gusto.

2. Go to Taxes & Compliance.

3. Scroll to Taxes—handled by Gusto.

4. Under Filings, view the next scheduled filing and recent filings.

To view more upcoming and past filings, go to Tax documents. Use the tabs (federal, state, and local) to see:

• Form name

• Time frame covered

• Due date

• Filing status

• Any action needed
