You can view and sign copies of your personal forms, including documents uploaded by your employer in your Gusto account. Not all documents need to be signed—only documents that require an e-signature will prompt you to sign the form.
You can also upload and store documents to your employee or contractor account—once uploaded, documents will be available to you and your company administrator moving forward.

If you're looking for a previous year's W-2 or 1099, these become available in mid-to-late January. Gusto will email you to let you know when they're available—reach out to your employer directly if you're missing forms you expected to see.
- If you need to update your W-4, head to this article.
- If the document needs to be signed, click Sign Document and e-sign it.
- At this time, we won't notify admins when a document is signed—you can let them know and they can view the signed document in your profile.
