HR Experts: Get access to certified HR professionals who provide guidance on hiring, dismissing, employment compliance, HR best practices, and more.
An extensive HR Resource Center: Self-serve your way through a vast HR library, sample job descriptions, HR and employment document templates, a salary comparison tool, and more.
Stay compliant: Keep up with changing compliance requirements through curated law updates and compliance alerts based on your team's size and work locations.

FAQs

Q: If I upgrade my company's account today, can I speak to an HR Expert right away?

A: Yes. Primary admins, full access admins, and any HR and onboarding admins who have HR Resources permissions will have access to the portal immediately upon upgrading.

Q: Is there a sample handbook I can see before I upgrade?

A: No. Employee handbooks are highly customized using the Smart Employee Handbook Creator tool, which means handbooks are tailored based on employee location, employee count, and admin preferences. Therefore, a sample is not available.

Q: I received a form from the state (unemployment, disability, etc.); can the HR Experts fill it out for me?

A: No. The HR Experts act mainly in an advisory capacity, and do not assist in filling out forms on behalf of companies.
