Access your Gusto account

First time signing in

If it is your first time signing in, you will receive a welcome email from Gusto to access your account and setup a password.

If you can't find the welcome email, check with your employer to see if you have been granted a Gusto employee account.

If you have been granted access, visit the sign in page and click Forgot password? to create a password and sign in. Your username will be the email address associated with your Gusto account.

If you don't have access to, or don't know the email address on your account, reach out to us to help troubleshoot account access issues.

Access your existing Gusto account

  1. Go to the sign in page.
  2. Type in your email address.
  3. Type in your Gusto password.
  4. If applicable, check the box next to "I'm not a robot."
  5. Click Sign In.
