Troubleshooting account access

If you don't know your password, reset your password from the sign in page. If you don't know what email address is associated with your Gusto account, please ask your account admin for this info.

If you have 2-step verification enabled and lose access to your phone number or cannot receive verification texts, please call us at (800) 936-0383 and ask to speak with our Assurance team so they may assist with accessing your account.
