Change your email or password

If you're locked out of your account, follow these steps to troubleshoot signing in.

If you have access to your Gusto account and want to change the email or password that you sign in with, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Gusto account.
  2. Click your profile name in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select My profile.
  4. Based on the change you want to make, click Change Email Address or Change Password.
  5. Enter your new email or password.
    • You can also enter a recovery email to be used in case you lose access to your primary email. 
  6. Click Save.

A notification about this update will be sent to your former email address.
