Change your email or password

If you have access to your Gusto account and need to change your email or password, please follow the steps below. If you need to change your email or password because you're unable to log into your Gusto account, reset your password here.

  1. Sign into your Gusto account.
  2. Click your profile name that appears on the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Account Preferences.
  4. Click Change Email Address or Change Password to make this update.
  5. Click Save.
  6. A notification regarding this update will be sent to your former email address.

Note:  You can enter a recovery email to be used in case you lose access to your primary email. This cannot be the same as your primary email.
